These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of beuladigital.com (“the Website”), operated by Beula Digital, a business registered in Tanzania under BRELA Registration No. 608238. By using the Website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we offer
Beula Digital sells digital books (e-books), physical books, and online courses delivered through our learning platform (LMS).
3. Accounts
To purchase certain products or access courses, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed on the Website and are payable in the stated currency. Payments are processed securely through AzamPay, supporting Mobile Money (AzamPesa, Tigo Pesa, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa), card, and bank checkout. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
5. Delivery
• Digital books: delivered instantly via a download link and email after payment.
• Online courses: access is granted automatically on our LMS after payment.
• Physical books: delivered within 24 hours in Dar es Salaam and within 72 hours to other regions in Tanzania. International orders take 7 days to 3 weeks, depending on third-party couriers.
Delivery times for physical and international orders are estimates and may be affected by third-party logistics providers.
6. Licence and intellectual property
All digital books, course materials, and content on the Website are the property of Beula Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright. When you buy a digital book or course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post our content without written permission.
7. Refunds
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the Website.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, share account access, or use our content in any unlawful way. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Website relies on third parties for payment processing (AzamPay) and delivery (courier partners). We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by these third parties, though we will assist in resolving them.
10. Limitation of liability
The Website and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Beula Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Tanzanian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
