Beula Digital — Refund & Return Policy
Digital books (e-books): Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, e-books are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If a file is faulty, corrupted, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
Online courses: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course. After this period or beyond 20% completion, courses are non-refundable.
Physical books: If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Return shipping is covered by us only where the error is ours. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Delivery: Physical books are delivered within 24 hours in Dar es Salaam, within 72 hours to other regions in Tanzania, and 7 days to 3 weeks for international orders (depending on third-party couriers).
How to request a refund: Email support@beuladigital.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (mobile money or card) within 7–14 business days.
Non-refundable items: Change-of-mind on downloaded digital items, and courses accessed beyond the stated limit.
